We provide comprehensive foundation drilling services for commercial, public works and residential projects throughout California. We own, operate, and maintain a full fleet of drilling equipment and specialized tooling for all soil conditions. Whatever we don’t have, we can build in our fabrication shop. We can also source materials quickly, thanks to our vast vendor resources and relationships.
Drilling.
We can drill just about any size hole to depths exceeding 80 feet. Our custom tooling and equipment is setup to work in all kinds of soil, including loose sand, wet holes, thick clay, and hard rock. From tight locations to steep hillsides, our team works efficiently to solve problems and keep your project on schedule.
CIDH.
We offer a full range of cast-in drill-hole services. When requested, we can set reinforcement cages and H or I beams and place the concrete, for a complete deep-foundation pier installation. We utilize different techniques that adapt to the geology of the site, whether it’s boring into wet holes or shoring up dry, loose, and caving soils. Our experienced crew is always ready to take on the most challenging CIDH project.
Shoring.
When it comes to retaining soil or preventing structural collapse, we always put safety first. We have the experience to take on just about any project, whether it’s creating a bench for drilling, installing soldier piles and lagging for the support of large excavations, shoring for the replacement of a foundation, or retrofitting an existing structure. Our technical and experienced professionals provide the security you need to ensure on-site project safety.
Retaining Walls.
We work on retaining wall projects that range from simple residential property installations all the way through complex, below-grade foundation excavations for multi-story buildings.
Slide Repairs.
Landslides are common in California, especially on rain-soaked, steep slopes. Our technicians work closely with geotechnical and structural engineers. We use the latest designs and techniques to quickly resolve existing and future conditions that have the potential to be dangerous and destructive. Our team has the ability to mobilize quickly during dynamic weather events and conditions when called upon.
Concrete Pumping.
Concrete pumping can be a hassle to schedule, due to last-minute changes in available material and project scope. That’s why we maintain our own in-house pumping crew and equipment to overcome potential schedule deviations. This enables us to respond quickly to your needs, giving you more control over the schedule and budget. We also can provide project-specific concrete mix designs when required by the project engineer.
